Terms of sale
Terms of sale
Last updated: November 3, 2026.
1. Seller and scope
These terms govern consumer purchases on curvea-paris.com. The seller is STLN INTERNATIONAL LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with Companies House under number OC460969, with its registered office at 24-26 Arcadia Avenue Fin009, London, N3 2JU, United Kingdom, trading as Curvea. Contact: contact@curvea-paris.com. The terms accepted when placing an order apply to that order. You can save and print them before ordering.
2. Products
Each product page describes the product’s essential features, composition, price, and any specific conditions. Please review these before ordering. Photographs show the products as accurately as possible, but minor color differences may result from screens or manufacturing without changing the essential characteristics. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and refund the affected amount. Curvea products are comfort and support garments; they do not replace a diagnosis, treatment, or a medical device prescribed by a healthcare professional.
3. Prices, taxes, and charges
Prices for the U.S. market are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices in other markets use the currency displayed on the website. The total amount due, including applicable taxes, shipping, and any other disclosed charges, is shown before final order confirmation. Prices may change, but the price shown when you order applies to your purchase. An obvious pricing error may result in cancellation after we notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
Select your products, review your cart, enter the required delivery and payment information, and correct any errors before confirming. Final confirmation creates an obligation to pay and indicates acceptance of these terms. The sale is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. The seller may refuse or cancel an order if payment is declined, there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, an earlier dispute remains unresolved, or quantities clearly suggest resale.
5. Payment
Payment is due when ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment providers. The seller does not store your card security code.
6. Shipping
Available destinations, services, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown before payment. U.S. standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase, with an estimated shipping time of 5–8 business days from shipping confirmation. For other destinations, refer to checkout. Estimates may be affected by holidays, high demand, or exceptional circumstances.
Where applicable French consumer law governs, if no delivery period has been agreed, delivery must take place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded. In the event of delay, the rights provided by Articles L. 216-1 and following of the French Consumer Code apply, including requesting delivery within a reasonable additional period and, where appropriate, terminating the contract and obtaining a refund. Other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You must provide a correct, complete address. The risk of loss or damage transfers when you take physical possession of the product, except where you independently choose a carrier not offered by the seller.
7. Statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable
Where the French statutory right of withdrawal applies, you have fourteen days from receipt by you or your designated third party to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason. For split deliveries, the period starts when the last item is received. Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to contact@curvea-paris.com. Then ship the product no later than fourteen days after notification, following the instructions and return address supplied by customer service. Simply refusing or returning a package without a statement is not sufficient.
Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless the seller made an error, the product is nonconforming, or free returns were expressly offered. You may handle the product only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning; excessive handling may result in liability for diminished value. Under Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, applicable exceptions include sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
8. Refunds following statutory withdrawal
Where that statutory right applies, the seller refunds the amounts received for the withdrawn products, including the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within fourteen days of being informed of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the products are received or proof of return shipping is provided, whichever occurs first. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no additional cost to you. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery service are not refunded.
9. Commercial 30-day return policy
Curvea also offers a commercial return period of thirty days from receipt, provided the item is complete, clean, undamaged, and unused beyond a simple try-on, with any hygiene seal intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. This commercial policy does not limit statutory guarantees. Our separate 90-day size guarantee concerns eligible size replacements and is not a 90-day refund promise.
10. Statutory conformity guarantee, where applicable
Under applicable French consumer law, the seller is responsible for nonconformity appearing within two years of delivery, without the customer having to establish when the defect appeared during that period. The customer may request repair or replacement free of charge within thirty days and without major inconvenience. If these remedies are impossible, refused, delayed, or ineffective, or the defect is sufficiently serious, a price reduction or termination may be available under the law. A repair extends the guarantee by six months. If the seller imposes replacement instead of a requested repair, a new two-year period begins on replacement. These rights arise under Articles L. 217-1 through L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code and can be exercised free of charge by contacting contact@curvea-paris.com. Mandatory rights under other applicable laws are not limited.
11. Hidden defects, where applicable
Where applicable, the French hidden-defects guarantee under Articles 1641 through 1649 of the Civil Code allows action within two years of discovering a defect, with the legal options of returning the product for a refund or keeping it for a price reduction.
12. Defective, nonconforming, or damaged products
Contact contact@curvea-paris.com promptly with your order number and supporting information. This practical reporting request does not reduce any statutory rights. When nonconformity is confirmed, the seller covers the necessary return and remedy costs.
13. Liability and force majeure
The seller remains responsible for properly performing its obligations under the distance contract, including where service providers are involved, except where failure is attributable to the customer, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party to the contract, or force majeure under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and other website content are protected. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions.
15. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints, applicable law, and jurisdiction
Please first send complaints to contact@curvea-paris.com so we can seek an amicable resolution. These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of more protective mandatory provisions in their country of residence. If an amicable resolution is unsuccessful, consumers may bring proceedings before the competent court under applicable rules, including the court of their place of residence where the law permits.
