Shipping destinations

We ship to the United States, metropolitan France, and the European Union. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is free, with no minimum purchase. The estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days from shipping confirmation.

Other destinations

For destinations outside the United States, available delivery times and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during periods of high demand, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.

Order tracking

We will email your tracking number when your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package is damaged on arrival, refuse delivery with the carrier where possible and contact us at contact@curvea-paris.com. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us so we can help.

Incorrect shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
