90-day perfect fit guarantee
At Curvea., we want you to feel perfectly comfortable in our products. That is why we offer our 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee.
If the size you ordered does not fit, we will send you a replacement size free of charge within 90 days of the delivery of your order.
How does it work?
You have 90 days from the delivery of your order to request a free size exchange.
Simply write to us at contact@curvea-paris.com with the following information:
- your order number;
- the item concerned;
- the new size you would like.
As part of this guarantee, you do not need to return the original item to us. You can keep it, give it away, or donate it.
The Perfect Size Guarantee can be used once per order. It was designed to help you easily find the size that suits you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We invite you to check your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible at contact@curvea-paris.com, including your order number and, if possible, photos of the problem. We will quickly offer you a suitable solution.
The Perfect Size Guarantee can be used once per order. It was designed to help you easily find the size that suits you.
Ineligible items
The 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply:
- to items marked as non-exchangeable;
- to gift cards;
- to items damaged due to misuse, an accident, or failure to follow care instructions.

Refunds
The Perfect Fit Guarantee provides for the free shipment of a replacement size. It therefore does not automatically entitle you to a refund when the only issue concerns the choice of size.
This provision does not, however, limit your legal right of withdrawal nor your rights under the applicable legal guarantees.
